• We recommend, for hair lengths 12"-16" purchasing 3 bundles to achieve ideal fullness.
• We recommend, for hair lengths 18"-30" purchasing 4 bundles to achieve ideal fullness.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 
• Credit cards we accept are Visa & Mastercard.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us:

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our business, MS GG Stylez is unable to provide any returns on our products.
• Customers are responsible for verifying their purchase before submitting payment.
• Exchanges are honored for any orders with a discrepancy. For example if the incorrect quantity of items, incorrect length, color, etc was shipped. For exchanges, please email our support team at msgghair@gmail.com pithing 48hours of receiving the order. 
• To be eligible for an exchange, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanged items.
• When exchange item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the exchange is approved, then it will be processed and correct items will be shipped to the customer.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. It is very imperative that you provide the correct shipping address before finalizing your transaction.

Shipping times:

• Local orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. 
• International orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
• A tracking number will be emailed to customers once the order has been shipped. 
• A quality assurance check is completed for every order prior to shipping to ensure that customers satisfaction
• MS GG Stylez is not responsible for any carrier shipping backlogs and delays due to holidays, natural disasters, etc.

Shipping cost:

• Orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.
